Here's what you need to do: Get a PlayOn Cloud Account. Then you will need to load up on some extra credits. They will give you plenty of opportunities to save some money if you buy in bulk. The way the Cloud app works is once you sign in with your Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max, Peacock, Showtime, Disney+, or Starz account. You can record shows to their Cloud, and then download these shows or movies to your Phone or Tablet.
During your Free Trial, download all the shows and movies you like. Then once the free trial is over, you can play back the movies any time you please. Long after the free trial has ended.
Be sure to download your saved recording to your device, because PlayOn only leaves the shows on its Cloud for a limited time. They even give you 7/Free Credits when you join so you can try their app free. Each recording uses one credit, if your recording is in 1080P this requires 2 credits.
Then you can watch and zip through any commercials right from the PlayOn app, using the video files you saved to your device. AirPlay and Casting also work well with the PlayOn app, so once you start watching click the AirPlay button to watch these shows on your Television.
