📣 Attention! We've received an important update from T-Mobile Home Internet regarding their revised fair use policy.

Starting now, during periods of network congestion, customers who use more than 1.2TB of data in a month will be deprioritized, meaning your internet speeds will slow down.

As a heads up, many households typically consume more than 1.2TB of data monthly, which includes activities such as streaming movies and TV shows, working from home, online gaming, and video calls with friends and family. With T-Mobile's new data cap, customers who use more than 1.2TB of data in a month might need to monitor their usage more closely and make some adjustments to stay under the limit during periods of network congestion.

If you notice any significant impact on your internet speed or quality, you might have to consider switching to an alternative internet service provider to maintain your online experience.

You can also cut your Internet usage by investing in an HD Over The Air TV antenna, and a HDHomeRun Dual Network Tuner. Alternatively, you could use a TiVo DVR which also records from the antenna. Kind of like the old VCR days, but it worked and there was no monthly fee. A Tivo with a lifetime activation will cost more but it's easier to use because the user interface is outstanding.

Recording your shows available from popular channels like ABC, CBS, and NBC from an antenna and then skipping through commercials, will cut down the amount of content you stream every month. This could keep you under the 1.2TB data limit.

We'll keep you posted on any changes and how they might affect your internet usage. Stay tuned for further updates!
