Adobe's new TOS grants them unrestricted access to anything you create

Adobe users' pushback forces Adobe to again update its terms of use.

With a recent change to their Terms of Service which lets them “access your content through both automated and manual methods” it had customers seeing red. So much so that Adobe thought it would be best to backtrack a bit. Much of this is driven by AI's insatiable hunger for data.

The backlash on the Internet was massive enough to cause Adobe to come out with another statement trying to placate its users. Letting them know it's not as bad as you think. If you are an Adobe user, we'll leave it up to you to decide if this puts an end to this misstep, or if it's too little too late.
