Channel Master has their Standalone STREAM+ Media Streamer and DVR On Sale
The cool thing about this DVR is it can record live HD TV from an antenna and unlike TiVo, and Channels DVR (Which Rocks!), there is no monthly fee required for their guide service. It only needs access to the Internet to download a 14 day in advance channel guide. Which makes finding new content and programming recordings a snap.
Right now Channel Master has their STREAM+ DVR and media player on sale for $89 which is a savings of $60/OFF their normal price.
This device does require external storage to save your recordings. They recommend at least a 1 TB hard drive. While they sell a 1 TB drive on their website for $110. You can get one for half the price or less by checking for deals on new 2 TB SD Drives on eBay.
